Shipping policy

We currently accept automated checkout orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available through automated checkout at launch. Please contact contact@simonrobinstephensart.com for an international delivery quotation.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the product format, packed weight, size, packaging and delivery route. As a guide, current standard UK rates include:

A5 mini prints and A6 greeting cards: £1.95
A4 signed studio prints: £4.95
A3 signed studio prints: £6.95
Acrylic coasters: £1.95 for lighter packed baskets and £4.95 for heavier packed baskets
Some products, including acrylic magnets and selected original paintings: £3.95 standard delivery or £6.99 express delivery
Certain dedicated original-watercolour listings use £12.95 standard delivery

Some qualifying UK baskets of £50 or more receive free standard delivery where that offer applies. Mixed-format baskets may combine delivery charges from different shipping profiles. The final delivery options and charge shown at checkout are the authoritative amount for the basket and destination.

Where an item is made to order, this is stated on the product page. Items are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment. Please allow the delivery time shown at checkout after dispatch.

Free local delivery is available within three miles of Sutton for orders of £30 or more. Orders are hand-delivered within two to three working days.

If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the packaging and item.
