Shipping policy

We currently accept automated checkout orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. International delivery is not available through automated checkout at launch; please contact contact@simonrobinstephensart.com for a quotation.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the artwork format, size and packaging required. Current standard UK delivery rates are £1.95 for A5 greeting cards, £4.95 for acrylic coasters and A4 prints, £6.95 for A3 prints, and £12.95 for original watercolours. Mixed baskets may combine rates from different shipping profiles.

Items are made to order where stated. Orders are normally dispatched within 30 days after payment unless a different timescale is agreed. Delivery timing depends on the service and destination; the available option and charge are shown at checkout.

Local collection around Sutton and Carshalton, South London may be possible by arrangement. If an order arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the packaging and item.
