I create expressive watercolours of Carshalton, South London and Surrey. Through local landmarks, ponds, parks and walking landscapes, I explore calm, memory and belonging. Living with ADHD has shaped my interest in familiar places and the quiet spaces where I can slow down and reconnect.

On a walk near Westcott and Dorking, the details that stayed with me were a stone doorway built into the bank, purple flowers in the woodland shade, a small bridge and the path opening out into a field. Later, looking back through the photographs, I could feel a painting idea taking shape: moving from enclosed green space towards light. That is often how a piece starts for me — one real detail refusing to disappear.
